You probably know that cobalt steel blades are sharper than standard stainless, but you also probably know that that extra performance comes at a price. Now, with the Osaka Master, you can get that ultra-sharp cobalt performance at a price that means you won't have to save for months to afford it.

The Master is made from VG-10 cobalt steel with straight-edged blades that have been hollow ground to the kind of super-fine edge that only cobalt can hold. They're married to offset handles that use the same shape as the popular Kyoto Sprint and offer excellent comfort and control.

The blades are joined by a ball-bearing screw system. This is adjustable to your preference and gives a beautifully smooth action.

The Osaka Master is available in right- or left-handed in 3 sizes: 6, 6.5 or 7 inches.
